The Ticker Tap connector lets you link your Ticker Tap account to your own AI assistant. This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it short on purpose.

Who we are
The connector is run by SOF Capital, the Ticker Tap team. Ticker Tap is a stock-trading game on Roblox.
What we collect
- Your Roblox user ID and username. We receive these when you sign in with Roblox's official sign-in. We use them to know which Ticker Tap account to read.
- Connection tokens, stored hashed. A token is what lets your assistant ask for your data. We keep only a hashed form, so we cannot read the token back.
- Request logs. We log that a request happened, when, and any errors. The logs do not contain the contents of your account, such as balances or holdings.
We do not receive your Roblox password. You enter it only on Roblox's own page.
What we read when your assistant asks
When your assistant asks a question, the connector reads your own Ticker Tap data from Roblox. That can include balances, holdings, funds, prices, recent transfers and board results. We pass the answer to your assistant. We do not store that data.
The connector only reads your own Ticker Tap data. It does not read your Roblox inventory, friends, or messages to other players. It never accesses or changes your Roblox account itself.
Once your assistant has the answer, its own app and company handle it under their own policies. Check the privacy policy of the assistant you use.
How long we keep it
- Connection tokens are kept until you disconnect or they expire, whichever comes first.
- Request logs are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
- Your Roblox user ID and username are kept while a connection exists, and removed when it ends.
Security
Tokens are stored hashed. Traffic to the connector is encrypted in transit. We keep logs free of account contents so there is less to protect. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety.
Your choices
- Disconnect. In Ticker Tap, open Accounts, then Settings, then Connected apps, and disconnect. Your assistant loses access within seconds.
- Ask for deletion. Contact us and we will delete what we hold about your connection, such as your user ID, username and any remaining tokens. Logs that have not yet reached 30 days are removed on request where we can find them.
Children
Ticker Tap is a game for players aged 16 and over, and the connector is not meant for anyone younger. AI assistants set their own age rules. For example, Claude requires its users to be 18 or older. You must meet the age rules of the assistant you connect.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will also tell players in Ticker Tap.
